and emotional experiences through the power of relationship building.
South Shore Family Health Collaborative offers the following groups:
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program
Members of the MBSR Program learn mindfulness skills in a safe, supportive, deeply engaging group learning environment. Through meditation, simple hatha yoga, interactive exercises, and group discussion, you will develop self-regulatory skills and insights to reduce stress symptoms and deepen well-being. Stana Gnatovich, LMFT, is the group facilitator. The group meets on Saturdays for eight weeks, with orientation on March 11. Classes will meet every Saturday until April 29, from 10 AM - 12 PM, with one full day session on April 22 from 10 AM - 3 PM The fee is $400 per person.
